Return & Refund Policy

At PARO, your satisfaction is important to us. Please find our return and refund terms below:


1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Must request return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include the invoice.

  • Non-returnable items include personal care, innerwear, perishables, and customized products.


2. How to Return
  • Email brandzparo@gmail.com with order details, reason, and photos.

  • Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide self-shipping.

  • Item is inspected upon receipt—approval or rejection will be notified via email.


3. Replacements
  • Eligible items may be replaced with the same product (if in stock).

  • If not available, a refund will be processed.


4. Refunds
  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • Deductions may apply for return shipping/restocking unless our error.


5. Rejection Grounds

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.

  • Return request is made after 5 days.

  • Product is from a non-returnable category.


6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be canceled before shipment via email.

  • Once shipped, follow return process if eligible.


7. Jurisdiction

Disputes will be governed by Indian law and subject to the local courts of the seller.
